I called the regular mail order line and they said vinylmations were not available for sale at the time. This was about a week ago... Any reason as to why?

For reference, if the locations are currently not showing any "on hands" of the item(s) you are looking for, mail order will tell you they are out of stock. Mail order does not pull from the warehouse (both WDW and Disneyland), they instead pull items for mail order from actual store locations. Just try calling back. Hope this helps!

I really want to get the 9" Jack Skellington and 9" Skeleton dance one, I'm not going to disney anytime soon and I don't want to get them off of ebay. Its possible to just call Art of Disney? Good to know! Does anyone know how much the shipping is and a more exact date as to when those are coming out?

Shipping in the past was a lot for us. We live on the West Coast and it was almost worth buying a reasonably priced one off Ebay.

If you get to them early you can get many pretty reasonably priced. That's how I got about half of my Park Series #1 figures...from eBay. Most I paid for any of them was about $25 I think.

I believe the shipping charges are the same as the disneystore.com shipping charges. I ordered an entire case of the park 3 series from one of the Art of Disney stores at WDW. I live in Ohio and it cost $29.95 to ship it to me. From now on I am going to try and hold out and wait to order until the series is on disneystore.com. They offer free shipping and $5 shipping fairly often.

Does anyone have the number (or definitely know the name) of the shop at the exit of Space Mountain? I spoke to a woman on the switchboard who suggested "Tomorrowland light and power company" because it was listed as an arcade and shop, but the phone just rang and rang at that extension, whereas others go to voicemail.

The phone that they may have listed is just one random phone somewhere in the location. If it is in their stockroom there is hardly anyone in there so finding someone to answer is tricky. Unless they have a number for one of the phones at the registers would be the only chance to reach someone but it gets really noisy in the Arcade and hard to hear someone on the phone.

Out of curiousity, are you just trying to see if they have the Cutesters or are you trying to order them? Only the Art of Disney locations do the phone orders. Locations like the Arcade in Tomorrowland and the Emporium will only direct you to Merchandise Mail Order.

Also, you could call today to see if they have them in stock but tomorrow morning they could easily be sold out in their location and not receive any in that day in their shipment. Also, they don't do holds either.

I am trying to get an idea of in-store availability. I have a friend at Disney right now, and I want to be able to give him at least a general idea of what stores might have them, and what stores definitely don't, so he doesn't have to look in every store in every park.
